Loyal, an adult Anatolian Shepherd, is a strong, independent dog who came to the shelter from an owner who left him to roam and fend for himself. Ultimately, Loyal has no previous experience with training or proper care.

All adoption fees are currently waived. Animals adopted are vaccinated for rabies and other common diseases, spayed or neutered, microchipped, and have received heart worm and flea prevention while at the shelter.
Sumter County Animal Services is open Thursday through Monday from 12 p.m. until 6 p.m. at 819 CR 529, Lake Panasofffkee, FL 33585. Appointments only for Tuesday and Wednesday.
