The Bass Fishing Tournament, presented by The Villages Recreation & Parks and The Villages Freshwater Fishing Club, will be held on Mar. 22. This tournament is open to residents of The Villages ONLY.
The tournament will be held at Bonita, Duval and Lake Miona Recreation Ponds. The registration deadline is Mar. 16. The entry fee is $20 per person. Participants must bring their own equipment and tackle, and only artificial bait can be used during the tournament.
There will be a pre-tournament participant meeting on Mar. 18 at Bridgeport Recreation Center, and there will be an awards dinner on Mar. 25 at Colony Cottage Regional Recreation Complex.
