Then come meet, Cypress, an adult hound mix, who is full of love and life.
Cypress is known at the shelter for her friendly nature and goofball antics that keep everyone entertained. She is also incredibly clever, curious and loves exploring new things and places.
Since she is an energetic dog, she would do best for someone who loves adventure and companionship.
All adoption fees are currently waived at Sumter County Animal Control. Animals adopted are vaccinated for rabies and other common diseases, spayed or neutered, microchipped, and have received heartworm and flea prevention while at the shelter.
The shelter is open Thursday through Monday from 12 p.m. until 6 p.m. at 819 CR 529, Lake Panasoffkee, FL 33585. Appointments only for Tuesday and Wednesday.
