Ellie, a 5-year-old, mixed breed, would love to come home with you!
She is known for her gentle spirit and heart of gold by members of staff.
When not snuggling up, Ellie enjoys going for walks, and spending time with humans. She would do best as the only dog in the home.
All adoption fees are currently waived. Animals adopted are vaccinated for rabies and other common diseases, spayed or neutered, microchipped, and have received heart worm and flea prevention while at the shelter.
Sumter County Animal Services is open Thursday through Monday from 12 p.m. until 6 p.m. at 819 CR 529, Lake Panasofffkee, FL 33585. Appointments only for Tuesday and Wednesday.
