Looking for the life of the party?
Consider meeting Mango, a 3-year-old mixed-breed pup, who is a certified friend to all creatures. She loves bringing joy wherever she goes, and is always excited to meet any animal in hopes of making a new friend (or wrestling partner).
Mango is known as a ball of energy, so expect zoomies for days, tail wags that double as wind turbines, and weekly trips to the dog park.
Most importantly, Mango is noted as having a heart of gold and is ready to give love.
All adoption fees are currently waived. Animals adopted are vaccinated for rabies and other common diseases, spayed or neutered, microchipped, and have received heart worm and flea prevention while at the shelter.
Sumter County Animal Services is open Thursday through Monday from 12 p.m. until 6 p.m. at 819 CR 529, Lake Panasofffkee, FL 33585. Appointments only for Tuesday and Wednesday.
