Some Villagers may not be aware, but there are community guidelines when placing a flagpole on Villagers’ properties.
Displaying a portable flag mounted on a home does not require architectural approval. A non-portable flagpole requires prior written approval by the Architectural Review Committee to confirm it is not being installed within any easement area and does not exceed 22 ft. in height.
