On Feb. 18, The Villages Public Safety Department (TVPSD) held a pinning and promotional ceremony at the Emergency Operations Center, located at 3035 S. Morse Blvd.
Five new Firefighter/EMTs were welcomed as well as a new Fire Inspector, John Castell and promotions of current staff. Speeches were given by Fire Chief Edmund A. Cain, Deputy District Manager Carrie Duckett and District Board Chairperson Kelly Flores.
