On Mar. 31, The Villages Swing Band will be holding a Ukraine Relief Benefit Concert at the Savannah Regional Recreation Center. The benefit will start at 7 p.m.
The all-volunteer band is directed by Lew Buckley of the Village of Sanibel, and every member of the band is a Villager. The Villages Swing Band was founded in 2004, and they rehearse weekly. The band also welcomes their new vocalist Judi Edwards.
A minimum $15 donation is requested with resident ID or guest pass. Tickets are available from band members or at the door.
