There is a vacant Seat on The Village Community Development District No. 7 Board of Supervisors. The remainder of the existing four year term for the vacated Seat will expire November 2022.
Any interested applicants of Seat 1 must be a qualified elector which is defined by Florida Statute 190 as “any person at least 18 years of age who is a citizen of the United States, a legal resident of Florida and of the district and who registers to vote with the Supervisor of Elections in the county in which the district land is located.” For more information or to request an application, applicants may contact Jennifer Farlow at 352-751-3939 or obtain a copy of the application from DistrictGov.org.
Applications must be submitted to Farlow by Oct. 5 at 5 p.m. at the District Office, 984 Old Mill Run in The Villages.
Applications received by the District Clerk’s Office will be considered by the Board of Supervisors during the Village Community Development District No. 7 Board Meeting held on Oct. 14 meeting at 8 a.m. The meeting will be held at SeaBreeze Regional Recreation Complex.
