Law enforcement presence was in the area of I-75 and CR 673 on Mar. 29. Sumter County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) was assisting Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) attempting to locate a Hispanic male who fled on foot. The male is believed to be in his 40s and last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt and blue jeans with a baseball cap in the area of the wood line near I-75.
