On Mar. 19, Chris Chan will recreate the sounds of Barry Manilow at the Savannah Regional Recreation Complex.
All the hits of the Manilow era will be heard, including “I Write the Songs.” ” Mandy,” ” Copacabana” and “Can’t Smile Without You,” which this musical tribute is named after.
